Holly was WONDERFUL!! My frames broke and could not be repaired. . She found a frame that my lenses fit in exactly so it just cost me for the frames. Thank you so much Holly and I will be back to see you when I need a new pair of glasses!

Liz, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. She is competent with her knowledge of the business. Holly is very helpful in helping me pick out frames and lenses. Her suggestions were very helpful and showed her knowledge. Dr. Nuralli was very good at examining me and getting the correct prescription. Overall this was a pleasant experience.

Everyone was so very nice and helpful! Holly was especially great helping me pick out some really cute glasses!

I have been going to the Cleburne TSO for around 27 or 28 years. I have always been pleased with how not only professional, but how nice and truly caring all of the staff and doctors have been. That has not changed one bit with their new doctors. I saw Dr. Hassett. He asked many questions about my eyes and lifestyle to fit me with the best contacts for me. He changed the type of lens (the curvature) and I was amazed at how comfortable they are. The technician who ran all my tests was also extremely professional and nice. That was Celi (l hope I spelled your name right). Jonathan, who has also been at TSO since it started always remembers me and is very nice too, He Worked to find the best deal on my contacts and solved a problem with a pair of glasses. I really appreciated his concern and help.
I was also very happy with the safety procedures that TSO has in place. They are explained well and thoughtfully carried out. I hope to be able to use The Cleburne TSO for 20 more years!

My recent visit to TSO, Cleburne, has to be the most pleasant experience I have had in any doctors office. The waiting area is open and comfortable, the staff are all very professional, efficient and very friendly. The technicians explain every step of the examination and answer any questions you might have. Dr. Hassett is very thorough and is also very cheerful during his examination. He answers all your questions and makes sure you understands the procedure and results. I recommend this office to anyone.
